Vouchers
Although we stopped selling vouchers several months ago, it appears that, unfortunately, a few vouchers were still in circulation.
We’re deeply saddened to be in this situation. Closing The Old Bank has been incredibly hard, and we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be for those left with unused vouchers.
Sadly, because the company is being wound down (liquidated), we no longer have access to business accounts and cannot process refunds for outstanding vouchers ourselves.
If your voucher was purchased using a credit or debit card, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider to ask about a chargeback or Section 75 claim (depending on how you paid). They’ll be able to advise you on whether the funds can be recovered.
